Pre-K – 3rd- Dig In: Discipleship

  • Lesson: God Makes Bitter Water Good
  • Scripture: Exodus 15:22-27
  • Main Point: God shows grace, so we show grace.
  • Discussion: The good news is, God shows grace. Even when the Israelites had a bad attitude, God helped them. And when God’s grace is added to our lives, it makes everything sweet! We just need to drink it up and enjoy the sweetness of God’s grace. Then we can pass it on and show God’s grace to others! God shows grace, so we show grace.
  • Christ Connection: The word of grace is proclaimed from every page of the Bible and ultimately revealed in Jesus Christ. The last verse of the Bible summarizes the message from Genesis to Revelation: “The grace of the Lord Jesus be with all.” Through Jesus “we have all received grace upon grace” from God.
  • Next Week: God Sends Manna and Quail - Exodus 16:1-35
