We believe that community formation within our large city is vital. City Groups are mid-size groups that gather for prayer, community, discussion and reflection and meet throughout the week in central Houston. All City Groups are open for anyone to visit. Just show up!

Community Formation Pastor

Linc Ashby is the Community Formation Pastor where he leads the City Groups ministry, teaches a men’s  Bible study, preaches regularly, provides pastoral care and works alongside mercy and justice partner ministries in Houston. He previously served as the Student Minister at Christ the King Presbyterian Church and Assistant Pastor at Oaklawn Presbyterian Church. Linc also held the roles of Chaplain at the Lovett School in Atlanta and Dean of Students at Houston Christian High School. He is married to Katie, a licensed professional counselor, and they have three daughters: Ellie, Julia and Rachel.
